Sheppard Mullin’s Intellectual Property practice has been shortlisted as a finalist for Trademark Litigation Firm of the Year by World Trademark Review (WTR). Sheppard Mullin is one of three shortlisted firms recognized for “outstanding achievements in trademark litigation.”
The shortlist is derived from WTR’s annual research, as well as interviews conducted with law firm leaders, in-house counsel and client references. The firm has ranked nationally and regionally in California and New York in the publication’s WTR 1000 report for several years.
Winners will be announced at WTR’s Global IP Awards ceremony on October 17 in London.
