Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, a full-service national law firm with offices from coast to coast, is pleased to welcome partner Eamon Welch to its office in Boston. Welch joins the firm from Goodwin Proctor and will work on the Development, Investments, Real Estate Transactions practice group.
“Eamon is a welcomed addition to our office and demonstrates our focus on growth and practice development,” said John Balboni, Boston Partner and the Development, Investments, Real Estate Transactions team leader. “He has extensive experience with real estate private equity and joint ventures, as well as with other complex commercial real estate transactions. Eamon expands the capabilities of our real estate practice and will have an immediate impact.”
Welch focuses his practice on real estate private equity and joint venture transactions. During his career, he has spearheaded and closed dozens of high-profile commercial real estate transactions across the country with an aggregate value of several billion dollars. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2014.
“I’m excited to join Nelson Mullins and contribute to the continued expansion of the firm’s robust national real estate platform,” said Welch. “Nelson Mullins is a one-stop shop for providing commercial real estate clients with national transactional counsel, state and local law expertise, and specialist legal services in the geographic markets where we’re doing business.”
