America First Legal (AFL) announced actions targeting the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of State, and the Department of Education. The organization aims to expose and combat what it describes as the Biden-Harris Administration’s refusal to enforce criminal, civil, and immigration laws against a foreign-funded pro-Hamas network in the United States.

AFL stated its commitment to protecting American citizens and upholding the rule of law amidst what it calls a "two-tier system of justice" under the current administration.

Reed D. Rubinstein, Senior Vice President of America First Legal, commented on the issue: “To support the October 7 atrocities, the pro-Hamas network, with foreign support, has openly waged a campaign of ethnically targeted violence and intimidation against American citizens in our residential neighborhoods and on our city streets and taxpayer-funded campuses. The Biden-Harris Administration enforces our laws with incredible aggression against Americans it classifies as political opponents. Yet, just like the prosecutors and sheriffs who ignored anti-Black violence in the Jim Crow South out of ideological solidarity and for political gain, it has turned a blind eye to the pro-Hamas network’s manifest violations of federal criminal, conspiracy, and immigration laws. Our citizens deserve protection; this perversion of our system and our laws must and will end."

The full letters to DOJ OIG and DHS/DOS OIG are available for public viewing.
