UB Greensfelder Attorney Anastasia Elder Appointed to Leadership Positions in Two Local Organizations

UB Greensfelder LLP is pleased to share that Associate Anastasia A. Elder has joined the governing board of two local Cleveland organizations. She was sworn in as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland State University Law Alumni Association Board of Trustees on June 11, 2024 and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority on July 30, 2024.

We look forward to seeing her contributions to these organizations make a positive impact in Cleveland and beyond.”

As an Associate in UB Greensfelder’s Business Litigation Practice Group, Elder represents businesses, including commercial real estate developers, financial institutions, and institutions of higher education, on a range of issues, including contract and employment-related disputes. She has experience with all aspects of the litigation process, having represented clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. Elder has prior experience advising on matters involving human resources, policies and procedures, contracts, and risk management.

The CSU Law Alumni Association (CSULAA) supports, serves, and promotes Cleveland State University College of Law, and its alumni, students, faculty, and staff, by offering quality educational and professional programs and opportunities designed to enhance the reputation and foster pride and involvement in the CSU|LAW community.

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) provides transportation services for 150,000-200,000 customers on a typical weekday, or about 45 million rides annually, through a variety of services. The Board of Trustees is responsible for approving policies governing RTA’s business activities, approving long-range goals and annual operating objectives and budgets, overseeing management activities and the implementation of adopted plans, policies, and objectives, and more.
