Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit has arrested a Lake Charles man on charges related to pornography involving juveniles.
Courtlin Paul Guillory, 29, of Nelson Road in Lake Charles, was taken into custody on July 31, 2024. He faces ten counts of LA RS 14:81.1 Pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13, which is classified as a felony.
The arrest followed a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The investigation was conducted jointly by General Murrill’s Cyber Crime Unit, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations.
Guillory has been booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center with his bond set at $400,000. The investigation remains ongoing.
