Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce its new charitable partnership with Feeding America®, a network of 200 food banks, 21 partner state associations and 60,000 partner agencies, food pantries and meal programs committed to creating a future where no one experiences hunger.

“We are honored to collaborate with an organization that positively impacts so many lives,” said Firm Chair Kevin Lauri. “Feeding America’s powerful mission, coupled with its extensive local network, makes this partnership the perfect opportunity to enhance our longstanding tradition of community involvement in the regions where we operate. We’re thrilled to be a part of such a meaningful change.”

More than 44 million Americans, including 13 million children, grapple with food insecurity. Feeding America collaborates with various organizations to enhance access to healthy food, bolster economic stability, and support policy reforms that simplify obtaining necessary nutrition. In the previous year, the Feeding America network provided 5.3 billion meals, aiding 40 million individuals across every community in the U.S.

Jackson Lewis will integrate its partnership with Feeding America through firm-sponsored events, mobilizing its offices nationwide to directly participate in community initiatives. Collectively, the firm is dedicated to supporting Feeding America’s mission to alleviate hunger and to improving the well-being of the individuals in our communities.

“With one in seven people in America facing hunger, we are so thankful for the support of partners like Jackson Lewis,” said Lauren Biedron, Feeding America’s senior vice president of corporate partnerships. “Their commitment will make a real impact towards alleviating hunger in local communities across the nation. Together, we're forging a path toward a future where hunger is a thing of the past.”
