Holland & Knight represented Madison River Capital on the completion of a $190 million recapitalization of and $70 million equity investment in JDC Power Systems, a leading electrical systems integrator exclusively serving the data center market. The deal was announced on July 11.

Madison River Capital, based in New York, is a lower middle-market private equity firm that invests across a variety of industries, with a focus on healthcare services, industrials and business services, and employs a seasoned team of operating executives with industry-specific cross-functional expertise to assist Madison River Capital’s portfolio companies.

Headquartered in Armonk, New York, JDC Power Systems provides comprehensive technical services including engineering, procurement, equipment startup and installation oversight, ensuring reliability and efficiency in data center construction and operations.
