Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced that investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force arrested Sergio Martinez, 39, on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Martinez faces four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
The ICAC Task Force received assistance from the Twin Falls Police Department, Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, and Rupert Police Department.
“I am grateful for the hard work of our investigators and prosecutors, and for the dedication of our partner ICAC agencies across the state,” said Attorney General Labrador. “Protecting kids from sexual abuse and exploitation is a top priority for all of us. Our children deserve to be safe from these horrible crimes.”
Anyone with information regarding the exploitation of children is encouraged to contact local police, the Attorney General’s ICAC Unit at 208-947-8700, or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
