Applicants must possess knowledge of general office procedures, grammar, legal terminology, court documents and operations, office etiquette, and relevant laws and policies. Required skills include effective interpersonal communication adaptable to diverse individuals, proficiency in district court operations and case processing routines, preparation of legal documents and reports, understanding statutes and legal terminology/procedures, written communication for reports/memos/letters preparation, attention to detail ensuring work accuracy, organizational skills for timely document processing using word processing software and specialized case management software.
