Holland & Knight represented JAS Worldwide in its acquisition of international cargo freight forwarder Key Logistics Group and its operating subsidiaries. The transaction closed on June 30.
This strategic partnership will expand JAS Worldwide's operational capabilities and enhance its ability to offer comprehensive, value-added services to its customers, while also offering JAS Worldwide's global network and products to Key Logistics Group's customers.
Headquartered in Atlanta, JAS Worldwide is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, supported by over 7,000 team members across more than 100 countries.
Key Logistics Group has been coordinating the logistics of goods by sea, air and multimodal transportation for more than a decade, serving clients in Colombia, Mexico and the United States.
