Dix, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group, has a wealth of experience advising on sophisticated and substantial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, financing matters, leasing matters, and development transactions. With a primary focus on student housing developments, she also is highly experienced in representing national quick service restaurants and industrial developers.
Pratt, who is recognized for the second consecutive year, represents insurance companies in some of the most high-profile matters in the U.S., often involving a myriad of procedural and substantive issues. Clients call on Pratt to handle significant and often sensitive litigation and mediation in complex cases nationwide. He is particularly skilled in the areas of bad faith, mass tort, and environmental insurance coverage litigation.
