Fox Rothschild congratulates Denise D. Nordheimer, who is a newly certified Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC).

The AEP® designation is a graduate-level, multi-disciplinary specialization in estate planning for practicing attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, financial planners, philanthropic advisors and trust officers with recognized professional credentials like JD, CPA and CFP®, among others.

NAEPC awards the AEP® designation to estate planning professionals who meet strict requirements of experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation and character. Designees must embrace the team concept of estate planning, adhere to the NAEPC Code of Ethics and participate in an annual renewal and recertification process.

Nordheimer, a partner in the firm’s Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, translates long-term tax planning and estate administration strategies into effective legal solutions. She helps establish and amend trusts and guardianships, advising guardians, executors of probate estates and trustees of revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts on administration issues.
