Thomas Humphrey Sentenced for Second-Degree Murder of Linda Tufts

New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Mark Hall, and Goffstown Police Chief Eric Sereno announce that Thomas Humphrey was sentenced today for his Second-Degree Murder of Linda Tufts. He was also sentenced on one class A felony count of Arson. Mr. Humphrey pled guilty to both charges on June 4, 2024, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-Northern District.

Mr. Humphrey was given a sentence of 40 years to life on the second-degree murder conviction, and a consecutive suspended sentence of 5 to 10 years on the arson conviction.
