C.J. Fisher, Co-Chair of our Gaming Law Department, represented Jackpot.com in expanding its lottery courier operations to New Jersey, enabling users in the Garden State to order official state lottery tickets on their mobile phone, tablet or desktop.
In New Jersey, one of the largest lottery markets in the United States, lottery players will be able instantly order tickets through Jackpot.com for Powerball and Mega Millions as well as state lottery games, including Pick-3, Pick-4, and Cash 4 Life.
Fisher, along with Fox attorney Daniel L. Krisch, advised Jackpot.com, an online lottery courier service, throughout the licensing and regulatory approval process with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and New Jersey Lottery. New Jersey state is the sixth market in which Jackpot.com has launched its lottery courier service.
Jackpot.com provides users with a secure, convenient way to order tickets through its app or by visiting its website.
“We’re thrilled to announce Jackpot.com’s New Jersey launch, the sixth state that will feature our unique service,” said Jackpot.com CEO and Co-Founder Akshay K. Khanna in a release. “We are excited to help New Jerseyans play the lottery online with increased convenience, security, and safety. At Jackpot.com, we’re always looking to enhance the player experience through increased accessibility and a more convenient and secure environment for players to purchase tickets, while also ensuring players never lose a winning ticket ever again.”
