Colette focuses her practice on real estate. She has experience representing financial lending institutions, corporations, and real estate developers in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions across a range of industries by drafting loan documents, coordinating and performing entity, title, and survey due diligence reviews, and leading status calls.
In addition, Colette’s experience includes syndicated and single-lender loans, construction loans, permanent financings, subordinated debt, and real estate private equity financings. She routinely drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial contracts to obtain favorable terms for clients. Colette has also assisted business owners, companies, and fiduciaries in creating employee stock ownership plans by coordinating and performing extensive due diligence reviews.Colette graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Program in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Michigan.
