Seth Kruglak has joined McGuireWoods’ litigation practice as a partner in New York, bringing two decades of experience representing corporate clients and individuals in high-stakes disputes and complex investigations.
Kruglak has represented major corporations, financial institutions, insurers, utilities, private equity funds, individuals and other clients in litigation and international and domestic arbitrations, including trying matters to verdict in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. His practice also includes representing clients in enforcement actions, suits brought by and against the government, and government and congressional investigations. In addition, Kruglak advises companies on the impact of securities and other regulations in connection with environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters.
Kruglak joins McGuireWoods from Norton Rose Fulbright. He is a 2003 graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Columbia Law Review.
