Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has expanded its Global Franchise & Supply Network Practice and welcomed Jarina Duffy as counsel in the New York office.

An experienced attorney, Duffy understands the unique challenges and opportunities that franchise, licensing and distribution businesses face, sharing her clients’ entrepreneurial focus by delivering responsive, practical, creative and focused legal counsel to companies ranging from startups to well-known, established brands in the domestic and international franchise, license, distribution, and supply chain space. She also advises clients on franchisee relationships, intellectual property and regulatory compliance matters.

“Jarina is well-recognized as an excellent franchise lawyer whose skill set and dynamic approach to client service complements our team, and we look forward to working with her on domestic and international franchise, distribution and supply chain issues so critical to our clients’ expansion activities,” said Joyce Mazero, Global Franchise & Supply Network Co-Chair.

“I am thrilled to join the Global Franchise & Supply Network Practice at Polsinelli. Having worked in the franchise law community for over ten years, I know that Polsinelli is a leader in the field. I look forward to adding to Polsinelli's strong reputation for excellent service and consulting with domestic and international franchise system clients,” added Duffy.

Duffy joins a growing New York City office, which added three new shareholders in the past year and expanded to include a fourth floor.

She received her bachelor’s from Boston University and graduated cum laude with her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
