Charlotte Partner Kevin Parsons, Miami Partner Nicole Vescova, and Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Elior Shiloh will present a webinar on legal trends facing employers in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina on May 28 at 12:00 a.m. ET.

This 60-minute informative webinar, titled “Georgia, Florida & North Carolina Employment Trends,” will explore the latest trends and developments impacting employers in these states. Our panel will delve into recent case law, updated recommendations, and best practices for defending employment claims in these states. CLE and CE credit is available.

Mr. Parsons is a member of the Labor & Employment and Trade Secrets & Non-Compete Disputes Practices. For over twenty years, Mr. Parsons has represented and advised employers ranging from large businesses to small start-ups in virtually every form of employment and labor matter. Mr. Parsons represents and advises clients in all forms of discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA, trade secrets, restrictive covenants and other related cases.

Ms. Vescova is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Vescova regularly defends employers of all sizes and sectors against all types of employment claims asserted in federal and state courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings, including wage and hour claims; employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims; breach of contract claims, including breach of restrictive covenants; and claims regarding reasonable accommodations and leave of absence under federal and law family and medical leave laws.

Mr. Shiloh focuses his practice on handling single-party and class employment disputes as well as non-compete, trade secret, and breach of contract matters. Mr. Shiloh has extensive courtroom experience in federal and state venues, including serving as first chair during trials and arguing complex motions. He maintains a diverse client base, representing businesses in litigation and regularly providing guidance on an array of complicated and high-risk matters.
