MVP Law is excited to welcome two new Workers’ Compensation attorneys to the firm: Abigail Wenninghoff and Nora McHenry!
Abigail A. Wenninghoff joins MVP’s Omaha, NE office as the firm’s newest shareholder. She earned her J.D. at the University of Nebraska Law School and spent the last 14+ years doing private practice as a former partner at her own firm.Over the last 20 years, Abigail has provided workers’ compensation seminars and training for employers in both Iowa and Nebraska, insurance companies, brokers, and third-party administrators. Ms. Wenninghoff has served as a board member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Nebraska Bar from 2000 to present day and was President from 2014-2015.
Nora A. McHenry joins MVP’s Omaha, NE office as an associate Workers’ Compensation attorney, practicing in both Nebraska and Kansas.Ms. McHenry first joined MVP in June of 2018 as a Legal Litigation Secretary in the early stages of her legal career. She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2022.
