TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—Attorney General Ashley Moody today announced that 2024 Human Trafficking Summit reservations and speaker proposals are now available. Every year, the Summit brings together community leaders and stakeholders dedicated to the fight against trafficking. By participating in the Summit, speakers can share knowledge on the latest developments in the fight to end human trafficking to concerned citizens. Anyone interested in serving as a speaker at this year’s event should apply by April 30.

Each year, the Summit includes presentations about preventing trafficking, protecting victims and prosecuting traffickers. This year’s Summit will feature sessions covering a variety of recent updates and developments in topics including legal, service delivery, and education and awareness.
The virtual summit is free and launches on Oct. 1. Speaker proposals are now open and will remain available until April 30.
The annual Human Trafficking Summit is hosted by the Florida Attorney General’s Office, the Statewide Council on Human Trafficking, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Health, and the Florida Alliance to End Human Trafficking, Inc. This year’s educational partner is Florida State University.
