Seth J. Entin, shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A.’s Tax Practice, will speak at the 24th Annual U.S. and Europe Tax Trends Conference taking place April 10-12 in Munich, Germany. The conference, sponsored by the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, and International Fiscal Association, is set to concentrate on the practical trends in tax practice for international corporations, private clients, and their advisors. It will also offer insights into the perspectives of government tax officials on the global tax environment, considering significant international developments affecting corporate taxpayers. The panel will feature industry leaders, high-ranking government and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) officials, along with top tax practitioners from the U.S. and Europe.
Entin’s panel, “Workers Without Borders: Global Mobility is the New Normal,” will take place April 12. The panel will discuss case studies derived from recent events, considering both internal and external advisory viewpoints, through the framework of tax and corporate policies. The panelists will also talk about the progress of the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration's work program concerning the global movement of employees, in addition to recent national and bilateral policy changes in Europe and other regions, particularly focusing on the tax implications of cross-border employment arrangements.
