Fox Rothschild congratulates Patrice H. Kloss, who was named a 2024 Women in Business honoree by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
The program honors the Twin Cities’ “most influential women, including industry-leading executives, entrepreneurs and business owners.”
Co-Chair of the firm’s national Medical Technology practice group, Kloss advises medical technology companies, other emerging businesses and venture capital and strategic investors in a broad range of commercial and financial matters. She guides lenders in commercial loan transactions, including $100 million+ loan facilities, and advises clients on equity and debt financing structures. Throughout her career she has represented high-profile clients such as Nuvaira, Technology Venture Partners, Aria CV, Imricor Medical Systems and Spineology, among others.
Kloss serves on the advisory board for the MedTech MVP Venture and Partnering Conference where she helps organizers determine the programming for the annual conference and often serves as a speaker for the event.
Her leadership extends to the local community, where Kloss serves on the Board of Directors for the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation, the Excelen Center for Bone & Joint Research and MNSBIR.
