Providence, RI

On March 26, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Wesny Clairsainvil with one count of murder in the first degree, one count of assault with intent to murder, and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, resulting in serious bodily injury.

The alleged act occurred in the city of Providence on or about December 27, 2023. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on April 17, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court.

Ryan Tripp (age 29)

The alleged act occurred in the city of Providence on or about June 8, 2023. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on April 17, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court.

Corey Dennis (age 36)

On March 26, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Corey with three counts of first-degree child molestation. 

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence on diverse dates between January 1, 2022, and March 31, 2023. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on April 17, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court.
