America First Legal (AFL) has sent a stern letter to The Walt Disney Company, accusing the entertainment giant of engaging in unlawful discrimination and misleading its shareholders. The letter, addressed to Disney's CEO Bob Iger and the Board of Directors, highlights alleged breaches of fiduciary duty and violations of federal securities laws that have resulted in a significant drop in Disney's share value.

According to AFL, Disney has been involved in civil rights violations in employment and contracting, as well as damage to its brand and commercial reputation due to a perceived disconnect between its political and social agenda and the preferences of its customers. The letter specifically mentions Disney's implementation of race and sex quotas, which AFL claims are illegal and a result of the Board's failure to prevent civil rights violations.

Gene Hamilton, Executive Director of America First Legal, expressed concerns about Disney's shift away from its traditional family-focused content towards a more politically charged and divisive direction. Hamilton stated, "Disney's leadership is gambling with shareholder money and appears to be violating federal law in the process."

The letter from AFL also criticizes Disney for pushing what it describes as extreme and divisive political and socio-sexual agendas through its parks and creative content, contrary to the values of many American families. The allegations include the promotion of radical gender ideologies, anti-White and anti-police content, and the inclusion of controversial themes in children's programming on Disney+.

As a result of these actions, AFL claims that Disney's market capitalization has plummeted by nearly forty percent since February 2021, leading to significant financial losses for shareholders. The organization has called on Disney's Board of Directors and management team to address the issues raised in their letter and fulfill their duties to shareholders.

In response to these allegations, Disney has yet to issue a public statement regarding the accusations made by America First Legal.
