Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has named Adam Hiller Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Nashville office. He joins Heather Gwinn in this shared leadership role.
An experienced litigator in federal and state courts, Hiller defends a broad array of clients in the construction sector, including architects, engineers, general contractors and construction managers, commercial property owners and developers, subcontractors, and environmental consultants. He has represented construction clients in response to a wide range of claims, including breach of contract, construction defect, enforcement of mechanic’s liens, and alleged violations of the Tennessee Prompt Pay Act.
“I am thrilled Adam has agreed to join me in leading the Tennessee office of GRSM. When Adam joined us from our New York City office in September 2019, he was our fourth local attorney. Since then, we have grown to 35 attorneys locally, and Adam’s commitments to client service, exceptional lawyering skills, and the vision we have for building the best law firm in the state – for not only our clients but also for our team members – have been instrumental in our success,” said Nashville Co-Managing Partner Heather Gwinn. “I have relied on Adam significantly over the last five years, am so grateful he has been part of our story almost from the beginning, and could not ask for a better partner in leadership as we take GRSM Tennessee into this next chapter together.”
Hiller has a successful track record in defending clients against various claims and resolving matters at different stages of litigation, including mediation and arbitration. He emphasizes building strong client relationships through communication and attention to detail, aiming for efficient and cost-effective legal representation to alleviate client concerns and leave them with confidence.
The Nashville office has established connections in local and business communities throughout Tennessee and other southern states. This highly skilled group of attorneys offers unparalleled legal advice on issues in a broad range of practice areas including commercial litigation, construction, employment, entertainment & recreation, health care, intellectual property, professional liability defense, real estate, retail & hospitality, and tort & product liability.
