Rachael Rodman is an accomplished litigator who focuses on intellectual property litigation, representing clients in cases involving patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret claims. WTR applauded Rodman as “a noteworthy litigator, who places her clients’ trademark goals at the center of her practice.”
Scott Rogers represents clients in both domestic and international trademark and copyright matters. He is skilled in the prosecution of trademark and copyright applications as well as in the enforcement of intellectual property rights. WTR noted Rogers’ previous role as vice president and general counsel of Ty Inc., the creator of Beanie Babies plush toys, applauding him for his “commercial sensibility and pragmatic orientation.”
