TAMPA, Fla. (Legal Newsline) - A Florida court will have to decide if a man accused of being pushy sexually on a date has a defamation claim after the woman took to "Are We Dating The Same Guy" to call him out.

James Wickenhauser, a financial advisor specializing in commercial real estate in Tampa, has filed a lawsuit against Brittney M. Milliken, alleging defamation. The case was filed Jan. 22 in Hillsborough County Circuit Court.

Wickenhauser claims that Milliken used an anonymous account to post defamatory statements about him on a Facebook group titled "Are We Dating The Same Guy? | Tampa / St. Petersburg / Clearwater," which has over 59,000 members.

In her post, Milliken accused Wickenhauser of inappropriate behavior during their recent encounter and mentioned that he had expressed thoughts of one day killing someone.

He was also accused of putting his hands in Milliken's pants, not respecting her boundaries and being sexually aggressive.

Wickenhauser asserts that these allegations are entirely untrue and have caused irreparable damage to his personal and professional reputation within the community and among potential clients.

Alexander DeFilippo of Miami represents Wickenhauser.
