Join us each month in 2024 for Faegre Drinker's annual series of webinars exploring the latest developments in labor and employment law in addition to what we see coming on the horizon.

States continue to adopt laws requiring pay band disclosures and pay data reporting. Faegre Drinker Partner Lynne Anderson and CRA International’s Jonathan Blumenstein will provide updates on these developments, as well as pay equity litigation trends and enforcement activity. They will also provide practical tips on compliance. Employers’ obligations under the EU Pay Transparency Directive will be triggered based on 2026 pay data, and they will review why that merits attention now, and how the EU Directive impacts U.S. workforces. Finally, they will review what employers might expect from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regarding a renewed pay data reporting obligation.
