Cozen O’Connor is proud to announce that Miguel Alexander Pozo has been reappointed by U.S. Senators Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Tina Smith (D-MN) to their judicial selection committee. The committee assists the senators in recommending who should be appointed to fill a vacancy on Minnesota’s federal district court. This vacancy was created due to Judge Wilhelmina Wright’s decision to retire. As a member of the committee, Miguel will review applications, interview prospective candidates, and make recommendations on who should be appointed by President Joseph Biden.
