Kristen Marola Joins Jackson Lewis as Chief Talent Officer

Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Kristen Marola has joined the firm as chief talent officer. Kristen has more than 20 years of experience as a strategic, transformational human resources (HR) manager and is a trusted advisor to C-Suite executives and their leadership teams.

Kristen brings with her a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, development and engagement, and her experience in building high-performing teams will be invaluable as we continue to grow and attract the best legal minds in the industry.”

 Kristen works with executive management to introduce and implement high-level HR solutions and high-impact programs aligned to meet business objectives. She collaborates with business leaders to achieve global human capital needs across various phases of the business cycle, including growth, mergers and acquisitions, integration and restructuring. Throughout her career, Kristen has served on numerous committees, led and co-headed both U.S. and global offices and operations, including rewards and recognition and diversity, equity and inclusion, and developed innovative strategies for businesses of varying fields that attract, engage and retain top industry talent.

 Before joining Jackson Lewis, Kristen served within the highest levels of talent management leadership in New York, including head of human resources in the U.S. and rest of world for the Man Group, a technology-empowered investment business with $100B in assets and 1,600 employees. In that capacity, she co-led the Man Group’s global operations team. Kristen also served as vice president of HR for the Interpublic Group, a global advertising and marketing agency with more than 47,000 global employees.

 Kristen earned her M.S. from New York University and her B.A. from St. Michael’s College.
