Partner Steven Mandelsberg served as a judge in preliminary and qualifying rounds of the 74th annual National Moot Court Competition, held Jan. 29-31 at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Among the oldest and most prestigious of such events, the National Moot Court Competition is co-sponsored by the New York City Bar Association and American College of Trial Lawyers. It draws more than 180 accredited law schools and over 1,000 students who perennially challenge each other (and panels of judges) on how cutting-edge legal issues should be determined. Those invited to participate include sitting and retired federal and state court judges from around the country and experienced appellate lawyers and litigators.
