Fox Rothschild congratulates Partner Elizabeth Sims Hedrick, who was named a 2024 Women in Business honoree by the Triangle Business Journal.
The program recognizes “Triangle women who have proven to be dynamic and outstanding leaders with established track records of significant accomplishments in business and/or community service.”
Active in the community, Hedrick is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Triangle Chapter’s Membership Committee and DEI Task Force. She is the immediate past President of the Board of Directors for Artsplosure, Raleigh’s nonprofit art and cultural events production studio. During her tenure, Hedrick spearheaded the search committee that resulted in the organization hiring their first new executive director in more than 20 years.
Hedrick focuses her practice primarily on administrative and commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate, utilities, and healthcare matters. She represents clients in a variety of matters including business disputes, malpractice claims, landlord-tenant litigation and helps clients navigate the regulatory framework applicable to their businesses.
Hedrick regularly contributes to the firm’s North Carolina Appellate Practice Blog, providing news, information and tips for practicing law in North Carolina’s State and Federal Appellate Courts.
