Rawle & Henderson is pleased to welcome David J. Burns, Jr. as an Associate in the firm’s Hackensack, NJ office. Mr. Burns is a member of the Commercial Motor Vehicle and Premises Liability practice groups.
Mr. Burns is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. While attending law school he was a summer judicial intern. In 2021 he served with The Honorable Peter G. Sheridan of the District Court of New Jersey, writing bench memoranda, drafting judicial orders and decisions in both criminal and civil cases, and researching legal issues in pending cases. Mr. Burns spent his summer breaks in 2022 and 2018 with two local New Jersey law firms, drafting complaints, preparing questions for depositions and client intake memoranda.
