Holland & Knight Represents SportsMed Physical Therapy in Acquisition of Red Bank Physical Therapy

Holland & Knight advised SportsMed Physical Therapy, a portfolio company of New York-based investor Hildred Capital Management, in its acquisition of Red Bank Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy services in New Jersey. The transaction was announced on January 9.

With 39 locations across New Jersey and Connecticut, SportsMed is a multi-specialty physical therapy practice that offers comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation and wellness services, including chiropractic care, physical therapy, occupational/hand therapy and acupuncture services.

Hildred Capital Management is a healthcare-focused private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies.

The Holland & Knight deal team was led by Partner David Marks and Associate Oliver Peglow, with support from Senior Counsel Erin Hughes, who advised on real estate matters.
