Experienced litigator Bryan Balogh has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its Birmingham office. Most recently, Mr. Balogh was a partner with Burr & Forman LLP.
Mr. Balogh focuses his practice on complex business litigation involving disputes with significant risk and damages, with a particular emphasis on class action litigation involving corporations and financial institutions.

Mr. Balogh received his J.D. degree from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and his B.S. degree from Auburn University. He has been recognized by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers and Mid-South Super Lawyers. He is actively involved with the Alabama State Bar and Birmingham Bar Association.
