Greenberg Traurig Represents Madison River Capital in its Acquisition of Senior Care Therapy

Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Madison River Capital (MRC) in connection with its acquisition of Senior Care Therapy Management, LLC (SCT), a leading provider of patient-centered psychology and mental health services to the geriatric population in sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities.

SCT was founded in 2008 as a solution to the lack of sufficient psychological support for patients in sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities. Since that time, SCT has grown to be a leading provider of critical mental health services within 300+ facilities across multiple states.

MRC is a lower middle market private equity firm focused on partnering with founders, and building leading businesses across a variety of industries, with a focus on health care and industrials.

The Greenberg Traurig team that represented MRC was led by Ejim P. Achi, co-chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice, and New YorkCorporate Shareholder Shaun Levor.
