Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli recently represented client Dunes Point Capital in the creation of Roofing Services Solutions LLC and subsequent acquisition of Noland’s Roofing Inc. Located in Clermont, FL, Noland’s is a provider of re-roofing and building exterior services to residential customers and has three locations in the state. Noland’s is the first investment in a platform consolidation strategy in the aftermarket roofing services space. Dunes Point Capital Fund III LP provided the controlling equity for the transaction.
The Polsinelli deal team was led by Shareholders Evan M. Knobloch and Ursha P. Magajne and included Associates R. Wil Norton, Claire E. Dugard and Matthew G. Naughton. Additionally, Shareholder Seth M. Aigner and Associates Daniel P. Slawski Jr. and Robert N. Cardenas advised the client on financing for this transaction.
