Bradley has completed its Nashville office relocation to ONE 22 ONE, situated at the corner of Broadway and 13th Avenue, and now occupies the top four floors of the 24-story high-rise building.
The firm announced that it signed a long-term lease in 2022 for the construction and development of 100,000 square feet of office space and completed its move to the new space in December 2023. ONE 22 ONE was developed by GBT Realty and boasts modern efficiencies, a prominent location and world-class amenities, such as outdoor space for gatherings, multiple meeting spaces, a fitness center and retail space, aimed at higher quality interaction and engagement among coworkers, clients and guests. The building features panoramic views of Nashville and is positioned at the gateway to the city’s central business district.
