Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is proud to announce that the firm has signed on to Diversity Lab’s recently launched Disability Inclusion Commitments. Ogletree Deakins is among more than 90 leading law firms partnering with Diversity Lab to continue building a culture of inclusion for people with disabilities by implementing one or more of the actions listed in the Commitments.

Diversity Lab worked with its Disability Inclusion Advisory Group to outline 10 actions that organizations should take to increase inclusion and equitable access to opportunities for disabled individuals in the legal profession. More information on the Disability Inclusion Commitments can be found here.

As a part of Ogletree Deakins’ commitment to DEI, the firm has eight affinity groups that foster an environment of belonging and enable members to celebrate culture and community. This includes ODAble, a resource group of lawyers and business professionals with disabilities, both visible and invisible; caretakers of those with disabilities; those with family members or loved ones with disabilities; and those interested in disability-related issues.
