Nelson Mullins represented Ecopol S.p.A., a developer and manufacturer of innovative biodegradable films and delivery systems, in its successful execution of a strategic investment in JRF Technology LLC, a key player in the advancement of water-soluble polymer and edible film technology. JRF will serve as Ecopol’s U.S. R&D Center of Excellence, adding to its research and development capabilities in Italy.
