Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has welcomed a team of three real estate attorneys to its Washington, D.C., office. Anitra D. Androh and Tim J. Donovan have joined Polsinelli’s Real Estate Practice Group as shareholders, while Reid Mene has joined as an associate.
Joining from another Am Law 100 firm, all three are experienced real estate attorneys focusing their practices on commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition and development of mixed-use, commercial and residential projects. Polsinelli’s Real Estate & Financial Services Department continues to have strong growth across its U.S. platform, adding more than 30 attorneys nationwide over the past 12 month, including seven shareholders. Real estate finance lawyer Suzanne W. Warnery recently joined the firm as counsel in Polsinell’s Boston office, and a three-lawyer commercial finance team was added in Nashville.

Anitra Androh represents clients in commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of office buildings, multi-family developments, retail shopping centers, and various mixed-use and mixed-income projects. She has extensive experience negotiating development agreements, construction agreements, construction management agreements, property management agreements, cost-sharing agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, and declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions Anitra is active in the advocacy of affordable housing Androh received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Valparaiso University.
Tim Donovan represents clients in commercial real estate transactions involving buying, selling and developing mixed-use, commercial and residential projects. He also advises clients on structuring real estate projects, leases, construction agreements, and other property-related agreements. Tim also advises on real estate finance, including debt and equity financing and commercial lending. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to his time in private practice, Donovan served as development director in the commercial real estate industry.
Reid Mene focuses his practice on representing clients in acquiring, financing, owning, developing and selling complex commercial properties. He works on transactions involving multifaceted entities, joint ventures, and sponsoring equity investments. Mene received his J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law and holds a B.A. from the Catholic University of America
