He took the reins of the Charlotte office in 2021. Diving right into his new Managing Partner role, he worked with firm leadership to spearhead a merger with Dempsey Law Group, bringing a new practice to the firm and doubling the size of the office.He also led the office's relocation effort, moving the Charlotte office into the “heart of the city’s central business district,” while “creatively using that space to keep the firm positioned for future growth.”A trusted legal adviser, strategic litigator and relentless adversary, MacHarg was named to the list of Client Service All Stars by BTI Consulting Group in 2023.
