The Independent Investigations Division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General has identified the decedent and involved officers in the fatal officer-involved shooting that occurred on November 7, 2023, in Baltimore City.
The decedent has been identified as 27-year-old Hunter Jessup of Baltimore, Maryland. The involved Baltimore Police officers have been identified as Officer William Healy, a 7-year veteran; Officer Brittany Routh, a 4-year veteran; Officer Justin Oliva, a 3-year veteran; and Officer Brandon Columbo, a 3-year veteran. All officers are assigned to the patrol division.
