Bradley is pleased to announce that Lillie A. Hobson has received the Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Program’s (MVLP) Volunteer of the Year award.

Ms. Hobson was recognized at the MVLP’s Pro Bono Awards and Ten Year Anniversary Gala on October 26 for her dedication to the MVLP’s mission, specifically her work in helping expand the board and assisting with the new circuit court help desk dockets.

“We are proud of Lillie for this impressive achievement and for the commitment she has made to serving those in need in Montgomery and supporting the growth of the MVLP,” said Bradley Pro Bono Counsel Tiffany M. Graves.

An associate in Bradley’s Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Hobson received her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law and earned her B.A. from Judson College. She is an active member of the Montgomery legal community and has demonstrated her leadership in pro bono initiatives within the firm and other local organizations. Ms. Hobson was recognized in 2022 with the MVLP’s Medal of the Samaritan Award for her individual contributions, including attending clinics and her active involvement with the District Court Lawyer for a Day dockets. Ms. Hobson is also a member of the Montgomery County Bar Foundation where she is serving a two-year term on the foundation’s board of directors.

Founded by the Montgomery County Bar Association in 2013, the MVLP is dedicated to supporting low-income residents by providing legal assistance free of charge for those in need, seeking to ensure access to justice for all.
