Litigation attorney Jessica Ragosta Early and Intellectual Property attorney Jacob Schneider will participate in the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Inc.'s (MCLE New England) 9th Annual Appellate Practice Conference 2023. This event will focus on the latest developments in appellate practice including, new judges, artificial intelligence (AI) and state constitutional claims. Ms. Early will serve as co-chair of the event and will give a presentation titled "Overview of Recent Appellate Rule Changes." Ms. Early and Mr. Schneider will participate in a panel discussion titled "Potential and Pitfalls of Generative AI in Appellate Practice."
