IP Litigator Mary Jean Kim Joins Fox Rothschild in New York

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Mary Jean “MJ” Kim to the New York office as counsel in the Intellectual Property Department.

An experienced commercial and intellectual property litigator, Kim has represented clients in a diverse range of matters in federal courts, cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and AAA and JAMS arbitrations.

She advises clients on disputes involving claims under the Copyright and Lanham acts, as well as patent infringement claims and rights of publicity violations.

Kim’s diverse litigation background provides a broad perspective on dispute resolution. In addition to her intellectual property work, she has experience resolving real estate disputes and handling white-collar investigations.Beyond her practice, Kim is a member of the 2022 Class of Pathfinders for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which consists of individuals who are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.

Kim earned her J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Bucknell University.

Prior to joining Fox, Kim was an attorney at Loeb & Loeb LLP.
