Alex Sellke—an experienced real estate attorney with a broad foundation in all aspects of commercial real estate—has joined Ballard Spahr’s Real Estate Department and Affordable Housing and Community Development Group as Of Counsel, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced. Mr. Sellke is resident in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Mr. Sellke has extensive experience executing complex and transformative real estate development projects on behalf of both private and public clients, and at Ballard Spahr, he will further expand his focus to include projects that feature affordable housing components.
