The National Bar Association (NBA) has inducted Morgan Lewis partner Grace Speights into its Fred D. Grey Hall of Fame. This honor recognizes lawyers who have practiced for at least 40 years and have significantly contributed to the cause of justice. The NBA is the nation's oldest and largest national network of predominantly African American lawyers and judges representing the interests of approximately 65,000 individuals.

Grace serves as the global leader of Morgan Lewis’s labor and employment practice, managing more than 300 lawyers across the firm. She also co-leads the firm’s Mobilizing for Equality Task Force, which is committed to promoting racial equality and justice.

Grace handles high-profile, high-stakes workplace matters and is often called on by clients for crisis management assistance. Her practice has garnered national prominence for her pioneering role in leading high-profile internal investigations and advising organizations on workplace culture as they navigate new workplace paradigms in light of renewed national attention on racial equality and social justice.

Grace’s induction took place during a ceremony at the NBA’s 98th Annual Convention in Minneapolis.
