Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Kevin T. Peters to its Boston office as a partner in the Litigation Department.

For more than 35 years, Peters has represented Fortune 500 clients and other businesses in state and federal court and in arbitration. His commercial litigation experience spans a wide range of industries, including construction, software, hospitality, health care, manufacturing and consumer products and services.
Throughout his career, he has worked on proceedings in more than a dozen states and tried cases in Virginia, Michigan, Nebraska and Massachusetts, recovering more than $130 million for clients. He has argued appeals before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the Appeals Court of Massachusetts, the Supreme Court of New Hampshire, the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Peters earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining Fox, Peters was a partner at Gesmer Updegrove LLP.
