Troutman Pepper Partners Stefanie Jackman and Joseph “Joe” Reilly were recently elected fellows of The American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers (ACCFSL). Jackman and Reilly were selected based on their achievements and contributions in consumer financial services law. They join six other Troutman Pepper attorneys as fellows.

ACCFSL is a professional association of lawyers who are particularly skilled and experienced in handling consumer financial services matters and dedicated to improving the profession. Membership is by invitation only.

Jackman provides regulatory compliance counseling advise relating to a wide array of consumer products and services. She also representsancial services institutions facing state and federal government investigations and examinations, as well as defends them in individual and class action lawsuits. Jackman frequently speaks on topics including unfair trade practices, servicing and collections, and credit reporting.

Financial services companies depend on Reilly for all aspects of their regulatory and compliance needs. Drawing from two decades of experience, he provides actionable guidance to a wide variety of financial services companies as they navigate increasingly complex regulatory and compliance requirements. He regularly represents lenders, fintech startups, neobanks, and mortgage servicers in enforcement matters.
